" I completed my Laundry Management qualification in 1984, after which I began my career at Lever Industrial where I won Sales Rep of The Year 6 years running. In 1994, I moved to Ecolab serving as the southern African Manager of the Textile Care Division. At Ecolab I gained valuable international experience in the USA and in 1999 I won both the Africa Territory Manager of The Year and the International Territory Manager of The Year Awards.
